Health Education

Often times, we find our patients may not be fully educated about their chronic diseases. Our agency works to help educate patients about their conditions in conjunction with their primary care doctor, family members and other caregivers.

Equally concerning, many patients and other community members fail to recognize the warning signs of potentially life-threatening medical situations that require immediate care by EMS and transport to the hospital.

This section offers basic information on a number of chronic and acute conditions. Recognizing symptoms early can lead to more effective treatment and a better outcome.
