Local EMS Agency Adds Staff

CHS Mobile Integrated Health Care (CHS MIHC) announces the addition of three new staff members.

Heather Lenhardt, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Ms. Lenhardt recently assumed the role of CFO overseeing the company’s finances including budgeting, financial planning and forecasting. She oversees the company’s annual budget of $5 million and will work to identify efficiencies and cost savings as the company moves forward with further growth.

Heather, a former paramedic with CHS, obtained her MBA from RIT. She has experience working with other local organizations including University of Rochester, Manning & Napier and Merrill Lynch.

Ella Purington, Board Member

Ms. Purington joins CHS as a new board member for 2019. She joins the current board members to help in planning and oversight of the company’s overall future direction. She graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology and is currently a medical student at the University of Rochester. Ella Trained as a Wilderness EMT- Basic through the National Outdoor Leadership School in Jackson, Wyoming.

Her interests include prehospital medicine, wilderness medicine, injury research, and issues with access to care. Personal interests include cycling, climbing, and hiking with her dog.

Joseph Trinca, Administrative Office Coordinator

Mr. Trinca comes to CHS with wide experience including positions with the Hillside Family of Agencies, Catholic Family Center, Project Lean Nation and Rochester General Health Systems. He holds a BS degree in social work from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY.

Joseph is currently a fitness coach at three local gyms. Other interests include traveling, paddle boarding, running and enjoying donuts of all varieties.
