CHS Mobile Integrated Healthcare has received reaccreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) for its compliance with national standards of excellence. CAAS is an independent Commission that established a comprehensive series of standards for the ambulance service industry. CHS has met the “gold standard” determined by the ambulance industry. The CAAS standards are designed to increase operational efficiency and clinical quality, while decreasing risk and liability to the organization.

CHS initially received accreditation in 2016. This is the agency’s first time receiving reaccreditation after a comprehensive self-assessment and an independent on-site review of the organization.

With this achievement, CHS Healthcare remains one of only five EMS agencies in New York State and two in Western New York to be accredited.
